Message from the chair

The active research funding in the department during 2014-2015 was about $5.24 million.

We have 163 total undergraduate majors (excluding freshmen) a slight increase from last year. There are 39 students in the master's program and 24 PhD candidates, a substantial increase from our 25 total graduate students in 2012.
