International Student Orientation:
International Student Orientation is designed to introduce you to the Binghamton University Campus and to provide you with answers you may have as a new student. During International Student Orientation, you will receive information on: U.S. immigration regulations, health insurance, course registration and cultural adjustment. Arrival in Binghamton:
In advance of arriving in the U.S., you will need to plan your travel to the U.S. and plan your travel from the U.S. airport to Binghamton University. Several departments on campus have collaborated to create a bus service for students traveling from JFK Airport to Binghamton University. If you have any questions regarding this service, please email email@example.com. If you are arriving in New York City, and are unable to utilize the bus service offered through Binghamton University, you will need to arrange travel from New York City/Newark Airports to Binghamton University.
After your arrival, there are many ways to get involved in the Binghamton University community – campus clubs, sports and events.
The staff at ISSS will be sending out several important emails prior to the start of International Student Orientation. Be sure to read them all carefully. We will post all of these pre-arrival emails on our website after they have been sent.
