Emergency Alert System
Binghamton University uses the RAVE messaging system as its emergency email and text messaging provider. This system will allow you to change or remove your ability to receive emergency alert notifications. All members of the campus community are encouraged to check their account.

Telecommunications Walk-Up Window to Close Permanently (September 5, 2018)
After over 20 years of providing walk-up services to faculty, staff and students, the Telecommunications walk-up transaction window (LN-G216) will close effective Sept. 30.
The Telecommunications office will continue to be open during regular business hours. All payments made after Sept. 30 should be made online or by mail (checks only).
Fax services, for personal use, is being by the Copy Center in LN-G22 (basement of Library Tower). The Copy Center (607-777-2409) hours are 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Rate Sheet Prices Updated (July 1, 2018)The monthly line rate has changed to $19.00/month effective July 1, 2018. The Rate Sheet for installation, equipment, and monthly charges has been updated. You can submit a service request by going to Service Request.
ShoreTel is now Mitel (December 12, 2017)
New information about the Mitel (Shoretel) Phone System is available. The page will provide links to the Connect Client application, Call Center web interface, Mobile Client apps, and reference guides. Please visit the page for information and instructions.
