The Libraries’ Conklin, N.Y. storage facility commonly referred to as “The Annex” was established in 1999 to house important, lesser-used materials in the Libraries' collections. The items include but are not limited to print journals; many also available in electronic formats and infrequently used monographs and monographic sets.
Book requests received by 8 a.m. are delivered by 3 p.m. to the location of your choice, Monday through Thursday (only). Electronic requests are processed as Inter-Library Loans.
The Annex is monitored by Reader Services staff who process requests and page material to branch locations via the Libraries’ courier service. The Annex is a ‘closed stack’ facility but Binghamton University staff, students and instructors are welcome. Use the email address below to schedule your on-site visit at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.
