Binghamton University Instructor Produces Chair Yoga Video

James Holley, an adjunct lecturer in the Health and Wellness Studies Department in Binghamton University’s Decker School of Nursing, has produced a video, “Chair Yoga: Just for You.” A registered yoga teacher and certified Lakshmi Voelkner chair yoga instructor, Holley’s “Wellness Through Yoga” course is popular among students.
