Pair of men's cross country runners honored for academic achievements

Bearcat duo honored for athletic and academic success
Redshirt sophomores Dan Schaffer and Mitch Halpern have been named to the America East Men’s Cross Country All-Academic Team for the 2018 season. It marks the first time that each runner has received the conference’s annual accolade.
In order to be eligible for the America East All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.3. In addition, they must have been a significant contributor to their team during the current season.
