Over 150 youth take part in event with the Bearcats

With the start of the 2018-19 season less than three weeks away, the Binghamton men’s and women’s basketball programs held their Annual Hoopfest Clinic on Saturday morning at the Event Center. Open to children sixth grade and under, this year’s Hoopfest had more than 150 local youth attend.

Men’s tennis and community partner for national grant

Binghamton men’s tennis will be able to expand its community outreach in 2018-19, thanks to a $6,000 grant from the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Eastern Section. The grant was a collaboration between head coach Nick Zieziula’s Bearcats program and createABLE, a local organization that has been supporting individuals with special needs for more than a decade.
