Scholarship Donors Luncheon features student speaker
AVANGRID Scholarship recipient was the student speaker at the annual luncheon
This year’s Binghamton University Foundation Scholarship Donors Luncheon, held Nov. 10, featured student speaker Kasey Hill ’18, MBA ’19, who shared how the AVANGRID Master’s Studies in the United States scholarship supported her premier graduate education. Students from eight universities competed for 10 scholarships, which cover tuition and fees. Hill and three other Binghamton graduate students received the support, making it the first time four scholarships went to students from one institution.
The annual Scholarship Donors Luncheon gives donors and the recipients of their support the opportunity to meet, interact one-on-one, and celebrate the meaningful and enduring impact donor gifts have on the lives of students on the lives of students.
