Alumni reunions celebrate common bonds

Fall was the season for alumni reunions as a number of these events were held apart from Homecoming weekend. The wrestling team’s 50th season celebration in Binghamton attracted about 200 alumni and supporters of the program. Alumni presented a lifetime achievement award to the team’s longtime coach Steve Erber, while recognizing others who had made significant contributions to the program’s history. The swimming and diving teams held their annual reunion in Binghamton to coincide with the squad’s first meet of the season. About 100 WHRW alumni gathered for a reunion in Manhattan in late October.
