Gerri Britton, a research assistant professor at Binghamton University’s Decker School of Nursing, is leading a team of Binghamton researchers that recently received funding from the National Consortium for Building Healthy Academic Communities for a study titled “Using Employee Health Assessments to Impact Intent-to-Quit Tobacco.”

Members of the team include, from the Decker School, Rosemary Collier, clinical associate professor; Joyce Rhodes Keefe, clinical assistant professor; Lori Sprague, clinical assistant professor; and Susan Mueller, PhD student; from Harpur College of Arts and Sciences, Gary James, SUNY distinguished service professor; and from the Employee Assistance Program, Ada Robinson-Perez, associate director.
