Foundation welcomes new board members

Andrew Bonzani ’86, Michael D. Timmeny ’73 and Howard D. Unger ’82 joined the Binghamton University Foundation board, effective Jan. 1. In addition, Michael F. Lane ’89 became secretary of the board. Charles M. Kim ’98 was previously in the role and remains a board member.

• Bonzani is executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of the Interpublic Group of Companies Inc., which specializes in advertising, marketing and communications planning.
• Timmeny is senior vice president and chief government strategy officer for Cisco, a company that provides information technology, networking and cybersecurity services and products.
• Unger is the founding partner of Saw Mill Capital LLC, a private equity firm that acquires manufacturing and service companies.
