Forum connects University and community

About 110 people attended the Binghamton University Forum’s faculty spotlight program Jan. 16, featuring Binghamton University Associate Professor Robert Ji-Song Ku and his presentation “No MSG: Americans’ Love-Hate Relationship with Chinese Food.”

During his presentation on campus, Ku explored the history and role Chinese food has in the scope of American food culture. In a survey sent after the event, attendees said the presentation was enlightening, entertaining and “challenged one to view the topic from a different perspective.”
