Advancement expands fundraising team

The Division of Advancement announces it has expanded its fundraising team by adding two development officers tasked with raising support for all areas of Binghamton University:

• Andrew Hutchings ‘05, of Binghamton, is a seasoned sales professional who has worked in a wide range of industries, including at companies such as SimplexGrinnell/Johnson Controls and Daiichi Sankyo. He was previously territory manager of the outside sales division of VP Supply Corp.

• Phyllis Leuci ‘90, MA ‘95, of Binghamton, has extensive experience in sales and marketing, including at John Paul Group, Employee Network Inc., AstraZeneca and Lehigh Safety Shoes. She was previously a sales manager at Wayfair.

Both began their new roles at the University on May 6. Hutchings, however, has worked at Binghamton before, as a pitching coach from 2006 through 2010.
