Academic year closes with senior send-offs

Celebrations for Binghamton University’s Class of 2019 started a few days ahead of Commencement weekend. On May 16, the Alumni Association held a champagne send-off for seniors on the Peace Quad.
The soon-to-be graduates had their pictures taken at the berm and enjoyed several hours of lawn games and food. The champagne toast is one of several events to welcome the new class into the Alumni Association, with a series of regional chapter gatherings coming in the summer.
