Binghamton University to host first-ever Bingoween Pumpkin Decorating Contest
BINGHAMTON, NY—Binghamton University is hosting the first annual Bingoween Pumpkin Decorating Contest.
Students, faculty and staff are invited to decorate pumpkins for a campus-wide decorating competition. Contestants can carve jack-o-lanterns, paint pumpkins, make sculptures, etc. If it’s a pumpkin and it’s artsy, it’s fair game.
To enter the contest, send a photo of your decorated pumpkin to social@binghamton.edu by Sunday, Oct. 27. If your pumpkin is selected for the contest, you will be asked to visit room B90 of the Lecture Hall basement (LH-B90), where you will be photographed holding your pumpkin.
Each submission will be assessed by a team of verified pumpkin experts. The winning pumpkin decorators will receive prizes from Cider Mill in Endicott.
