Speaker series brings alumni to campus virtually

Formerly known as Cool Connections, Hot Alumni, the Alumni Career Connections program helps students connect with Binghamton graduates from hot fields.

These events provide an opportunity for alumni, regardless of location, to speak with students about their Binghamton experience and transition to their present career, as well as respond to student questions and provide advice.

Alumni Career Connections is a partnership between the Binghamton University Alumni Association and the Fleishman Center for Career and Professional Development.

During the fall semester, alumni speakers were:

  • Lilly Derby ’17, project manager at Columbia University Medical Center
  • Matthew Zachary ’96, founder and CEO of Stupid Cancer
  • Derek Ng ’15, financial accounting analyst at Marvel Entertainment
