University, community projects receive Ross Fund support

The Binghamton University Foundation announces the 2021 recipients of support from the Stephen David Ross University and Community Projects Fund:

  • $10,000 for A Partnership to Offer Speech and Language Therapy to Individuals with Down syndrome, a project by Southern Tier GiGi’s Playhouse and Binghamton University’s Division of Speech and Language Pathology to establish speech and language therapy services at Southern Tier GiGi’s Playhouse.
  • $9,050 for the Grow Our Own Diversity Initiative, a project by Broome-Tioga Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) and the University’s Department of Teaching, Learning and Educational Leadership to build a pipeline of diverse educators.
