Residential Life “BChats”

In a year where student isolation was a bigger concern than in prior years, Residential Life staff conducted and documented 8,394 check-ins with students during the spring semester. These conversions explored how students navigated their support systems, helped students build connections with each other and with staff, and helped foster an inclusive community. Staff worked with students to help them work through issues of well-being, academics, and other skills and to connect them to appropriate resources.
