Tahsin Iman ’21 has received a prestigious fellowship through the National Community Oncology Dispensing Association (NCODA) and Bristol Myers Squibb leading patient-centered initiatives in the areas of oncology, advocacy, and health policy and equity.

P4 student Brian Kam was awarded the American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education Gateway Research Award that is supporting his project with Assistant Professor William Eggleston that will evaluate the impact of a community naloxone program.

P4 student Riquel Depiol presented a poster at the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) meeting in San Diego. The poster discussed the findings from a pilot telehealth ambulatory care APPE with Hackensack Meridian Health in the summer of 2021, completed with Adjunct Assistant Professor Sara Spencer.

Pharmacy students involved with Johnson City – Community in Action spent part of a sunny September day cleaning up and collecting garbage from around the Pharmacy Building and the village of Johnson City.

Clinical Assistant Professor Amanda Mogul received the New York State-American College of Clinical Pharmacy Educator of the Year Award, which recognizes a pharmacy educator in New York state who promotes excellence and innovation in clinical pharmacy education. She received the award at the NYS ACCP annual meeting in November.
