Alumni webinars engage, inform
December 16, 2021
The Alumni Association continues to offer virtual programs to reach Binghamton graduates wherever they are. A major part of this effort is the Binghamton Learning Network webinar series. Alumni experts are the speakers at lunch-and-learn programs held at least once each month.
The following webinars took place this fall:
- A series on retirement planning offered three webinars, each targeted to a different age group: recent graduates, mid-career and late career. The speakers were financial planners Righetti Joseph ’03, MPA ’05; Paul Tramontozzi ’01; and Dana West ’98.
- Business consultant Barbara Chatzkel ’72 discussed the importance of body language in business encounters, both in person and online.
- Danielle Schlesier ’94, a realtor in the Boston area, gave advice to alumni embarking on their first home purchase in the webinar “Homebuying 101.”
