A cappella groups receive cash prizes after competing at Forum gala

The Binghamton University Forum held a gala Oct. 16 in the Old Union Hall at Binghamton University.

The event featured performances by student a cappella groups The Binghamton Crosbys, No Strings Attached and The Binghamton Treblemakers. The groups competed for cash prizes, with the Crosbys winning the top prize of $3,000.

Planning for the Forum’s gala is underway. Details about the event in June, at the Mountainview Collegiate Center at Binghamton, will be announced when they become available.
