Divisional Diversity Officers

Vice President Brian Rose announced that the division successfully completed its search for a new Divisional Diversity Officer (DDO). The search, which was initiated in early April, resulted in submissions from two interested candidates. These applications were screened by the assistant vice presidents and then discussed at the Student Affairs Leadership Team meeting in early May. As both candidates were exceptional, and in an effort to enhance our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), both candidates were appointed as DDOs. Effective June 1, 2021, Diana Castellanos and Eleanor Grayson began serving as joint DDOs. Rose noted that he looked forward to their combined leadership in advancing DEI initiatives in the Division of Student Affairs.
