More than 1,200 students from the Class of 2022 attended Grad Fest Wednesday, March 23. Grad Fest is a celebratory “one-stop shop” providing resources and services so those participating in Commencement will be well-prepared for their ceremony in May.

The Mandela Room was filled with resources for students to have all their questions answered and purchases and arrangements made. Students were able to confirm that their graduation forms are on file with the University, and purchase their cap and gown, class ring, yearbook and graduation announcements. They also received ceremony and ticket information, took graduation photos, obtained event parking information, joined the Alumni Association, completed the Senior Survey, signed up for the President’s Champagne Sendoff and booked their tickets for the senior cruise. They also ate cupcakes, took a picture with Baxter and connected with classmates in anticipation of the big day and so much more, all in one convenient space.

With its highest turnout since the event’s inception in 2019, Grad Fest 2022 was filled with excitement for the upcoming ceremonies and was a great start to the Commencement season. These Binghamton University 2022 graduates are now ready for their big day!
