Alumni webinars share updates on New York’s cannabis industry, Broadway shows

The Binghamton Learning Network series, through which alumni speakers share information with the University community on their areas of expertise, held two webinars in the fall.

  • On Oct. 25, theater enthusiast Brian Stoll ’11 discussed the state of Broadway and shared tips on how to see Broadway shows for less than $60. To date, he has seen more than 200 performances and his business Stoll The Show encourages patrons to support the arts. See this webinar online.
  • On Nov. 9, Neil M. Kaufman ’81, one of the leading corporate cannabis lawyers in the country, discussed the history of cannabis in America, how it became illegal and recent regulatory developments particularly in New York state. See the video online.
