Massage therapy is one self care strategy that can relieve stress, reduce anxiety, boost immunity, promote relaxation and better sleep. Did you know Campus Recreation offers massage therapy in the Wellness Suite in the Recreation Center at the East Gym?
November is the perfect time to schedule a massage treatment in the Wellness Suite. From now until the end of the month, you will receive an extra $5 dollars when you purchase a $25 gift certificate. Gift certificates can be purchased online or at the front desk of the East Gym, Recreation Center.
To select this offer online, choose and pay for a $25 gift certificate. Once your gift certificate is processed, you will receive a gift certificate valued at $30, which can be picked up at the front desk of the East Gym, Recreation Center.
