Our BAP Mentor program is designed to help assist our current BAP students transition easily into both Binghamton University and SUNY Broome.
Our mentors are former Binghamton Advantage Program students who successfully completed the program after one or two years. They are graciously volunteering their time to mentor our current students, providing guidance and additional support.
Every Binghamton Advantage Program student for the 2023-2024 academic year was automatically assigned a mentor towards the beginning of August. Each mentor reached out via email to their assigned mentees to introduce themselves and start to build the mentor/mentee relationship. If a student does not know who their mentor is, please reach out to the BAP office (bubap@binghamton.edu) for assistance.
Each BAP mentor holds an office hour every week in the CIW Library (Iroquois Commons) , room 204. Feel free to stop by with questions, comments, suggestions or just to chat with ANY of our mentors, regardless if it is your assigned mentor or not.
