Family Weekend 2018 will be held the weekend of September 28. Join us for a great weekend of open houses, faculty lectures, food, fun, tours and lots of special campus festivities.
Over 5,000 family members and students participated in Family Weekend last year.
In case you are wondering whether to stay one or two nights, we’ve provided a bit more detail in our FAQs.
A special thank you to our 2017 Family Weekend Sponsors
We want you to enjoy your stay with us during Family Weekend. Binghamton offers plenty of options for hotels, motels and bed and breakfasts.
We know you're apt to get hungry with all the events going on. There are lots of dining options on campus (this link shows you what is open now), including the MarketPlace in the University Union, or if you prefer off campus, there are tons of options within 10 minutes of campus. A listing of many local independent restaurants can be found here.
Whether you're coming by car, bus or plane, getting to campus is easy; find out how online.
A parking pass is included with your registration which you'll receive prior to your arrival. You'll need to display it on your dashboard to allow you to park in any surface or metered lots throughout the weekend.
Registration is $30 per family, which allows us to include a variety of goodies for you, as well as prepare the best weekend possible. Registration for Family Weekend is now closed. If you would still like to register, please visit our Registration/Check-in table on Friday from 4 - 7 p.m. or Saturday between 9 a.m. - Noon in the Tillman Lobby of the University Union (in case of rain, registration/check-in will be under the big tent in the Peace Quad).
