Frank Vellucci is a corporate partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in the Life Science and Healthcare practice group. He has extensive experience with corporate partnering transactions in the life sciences field. He regularly assists life sciences companies with R&D licenses, venture capital/startup financing, joint ventures, asset and stock acquisitions, commercialization collaborations, technology transfer arrangements and strategic alliances. Vellucci also has experience in a broad range of securities law matters, including public debt and equity offerings, private placements of common stock, preferred stock, debt, convertible debt and private investment in public equities (PIPE) financing. In addition, Vellucci is involved in a variety of general corporate matters, including corporate governance, disclosure and compliance obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and working with high-net worth individuals in connection with their closely held international operations and family offices.
From 2015 to 2017, Vellucci served on the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society and he is also an advisory board member of Youth About Business (YAB). He serves as vice chair of Binghamton University's Law Council and is also an adjunct professor at Binghamton University, where he annually teaches a segment of a college course titled "Current Issues in Legal Practice" on venture capital financing.
Vellucci received his bachelor's degree in economics and history from Binghamton University in 1994, and received his JD from New York University in 1997.
