Jessica Nicole Isaac was born and raised in Rochester, N.Y., and received both her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University at Buffalo. Her diverse background includes experience in pharmaceutical sales, community pharmacy, managed care pharmacy, ambulatory care pharmacy, long-term care pharmacy and business consulting. Prior to joining the faculty at Binghamton, Isaac completed a two-year health-system pharmacy administration and leadership fellowship with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center at UPMC Presbyterian. During her fellowship, she focused on HR management, medication safety and health-system pharmacy operations.
Isaac joined the Binghamton University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in June 2021 as the downstate experiential co-coordinator and clinical assistant professor. She also serves as a clinical pharmacist at Northwell Health Division at VIVO Health Specialty Pharmacy in Great Neck, N.Y. Her professional and research interests include experiential education, population health and transitions of care.Isaac is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP).
