Danielle Cabral, PharmD, AAHIVP is originally from Franklin Square, N.Y., and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Touro College of Pharmacy in New York, N.Y. Following graduation, she completed a post-graduate year-one residency at Northwell Health – Plainview Hospital and a post-graduate year-two residency in ambulatory care at Northwell Health – North Shore University Hospital, Division of Infectious Disease. Cabral joined the Binghamton University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in August 2020 as a clinical assistant professor within the Department of Pharmacy Practice. She also serves as a clinical pharmacist at Northwell Health Division of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology in Great Neck, N.Y. Her professional and research interests include HIV/AIDS, tobacco cessation and interprofessional patient care. Cabral is an American Academy of HIV Medicine Certified HIV Pharmacist (AAHIVP).
