Request to Cancel Housing

The forms below are for residents to cancel their housing for the spring 2019 semester due to these circumstances:

  • graduation
  • study abroad
  • exchange program
  • academic dismissal
  • transfer of schools
  • withdrawal
  • military service

A Request for Housing Cancellation must be submitted and approved no later than November 16, 2018, at 4:30 p.m. to avoid a $200 late cancellation charge. Approved cancellations after November 16, 2018 will result in a $200 late cancellation charge.

Do not use these forms:

If you are an enrolled as a student at Binghamton University for the spring semester, your request will be denied and you will be billed for housing.
