Moving in!

Welcome to Residential Life at Binghamton for new transfer and Apartments residents!

Welcome to Binghamton! You can move in either Sunday, August 18 or Monday, August 19 starting at 8 a.m. You won't need a color-coded parking pass, there will be parking in both Hillside and Susquehanna and our staff and Welcome Crew will be there to help you move in. If you're in Susquehanna, stop by the Area Office in Choconut to pick up your keys. If you're in Hillside, staff will be in the Commons with your keys. Please be ready to show your Binghamton ID, staff will be there until 4 p.m.

We suggest you follow the route marked in red on this map (Bunn Hill Road to West Access Road) to avoid lower-campus traffic. For additional information on what to bring and our move-in process.

Staff will also be in the Apartments staff offices from 4 p.m. to midnight on Sunday and Monday:

Susquehanna residents can go to the RA Office in Nanticoke and/or call 607-777-7101
Hillside residents can go to the RA Office in Hillside Commons and/or call 607-777-5158

BWelcome events start

Once students have moved in, Welcome events begin with Sunday afternoon floor-, building- and area-wide meetings for students. This is an opportunity for students to get oriented to the building and community and to meet important staff like their resident assistant, assistant residential coordinator, resident director, assistant director of Residential Life and collegiate professor. Events continue throughout the week including New Student Picnic, movies, University Fest, academic programs, tours of campus and sports in the quad.
