Small Business Training Program

Strengthen your opportunities for business success with this 20 hour training program. Learn from the experts how to build your idea into a profitable venture.
The two days of training by SBDC Certified Adviser and Special Presenters will cover:
3/14/18 - Basics of Owning Your Own Business that includes:
- Basics of a Busines Plan
- Insurance Coverage
- Avoid Risk
- Evaluate Leadership Style
- Financial and Market Feasibility
3/21/18 Managing by the Numbers and Making Essential Decisions:
- Understand and Developing Financial Statements
- Hiring Employees
- Dealing with Suppliers
- How to Handle Legal Issues
The Sessions are $50.00 for both and a SBDC Certificate of Completion will be awarded at the end of the 2nd session.
