Co-Curricular Transcript

What is a Co-Curricular Transcript:

The Co-Curricular Transcript is a supplement to your academic transcript and is a record of your participation, leadership, achievements, and experiences outside of the classroom.  When coupled with your academic transcript, your co-curricular transcript provides a comprehensive representation of your total education, both inside and outside of the classroom.

How is the Transcript Accessed and Printed

1.     Log into B-Engaged at https://binghamton.

2.     Click the home icon in the upper left

3.     On the left sidebar, hover over “My Involvement”

4.     Under “My Involvement,” click “My CCT”

5.     To print or save: select “Print Transcript” on the right side of the page and                      save as a PDF

What Should Appear on the Transcript:

Your co-curricular transcript should include a record of your participation in:

·       Honors Programs

·       Honor Societies

·       Awards (recognition of achievement)

·       Undergraduate Research

·       Study Abroad

·       Enrichment Programs (ie. Scholars Program Events)

·       Internships

·       Field Experiences (i.e. observations, clinics, etc.)

·       Music and Theatre productions, performances or ensembles

·       University Committees

·       Community and University Service

·       Professional Development Experiences such as conferences, workshops, etc.

·       Scholarships

·       Leadership Roles

·       Residential Learning Communities

·       Athletics and Recreational Sports

·       Student Organizations

·       Other activities that demonstrate your skills, leadership, entrepreneurship, etc.
