Chateaubriand Doctoral Fellowship for Humanities and Social Sciences
The Chateaubriand Fellowship is a grant offered by the Embassy of France in the United States. The program targets outstanding Ph.D. students from American universities who seek to engage in research in France, in any discipline of the Humanities and Social Sciences. Awards available for semester-long or academic-year long periods. Fellows receive a monthly stipend, travel expenses, and health insurance.
