Blue Engine Teaching Assistant Program
Blue Engine partners with New York City public high schools serving low-income communities to increase academic rigor and prepare greater numbers of students for postsecondary success. The program recruits, trains, and supports Blue Engine Teaching Assistants (BETAs), recent college graduates who collaborate with teachers to help students develop advanced skills in mathematics, literacy, and social cognition before they set foot on campus.
