Tabling Reservations

Vendors

University-recognized groups may host an outside group/vendor with approval from the Union office. The hosting group is required to pay a $75 vendor fee for use of a table in the MarketPlace or Tillman Lobby. The vendor fee can be paid to Carl Darling in UUW-205, payable to IFR 901108.

Movie Rights

Any group or organization that requests to show a movie on campus must fill out the Movie Rights Submission Form. Movie rights must be obtained at least five business days prior to event.

Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel events they have requested by logging in to B There and cancelling events under the "My Bookings" section. You may also email reserve@binghamton.edu and request that a specific event be cancelled. Attaching your confirmation to the cancellation request is the best way to request a cancellation. Large scale events must be cancelled at least five business days in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
