Engagement Activities

Increase your company's visibility and build a pipeline of talented students. We encourage recruiters and alumni to meet with students at any point during the year, either on or off campus.

Industry visits/career treks

Industry visits and career treks expose students to select job paths, organizational cultures and industry expectations. It also provides an opportunity for students to interact and network with professionals and alumni. Learn more or register.

Information sessions and corporate presentations

Drive student interest and increase your brand visibility by scheduling sessions that convey your company's unique value proposition and hiring needs.

Employer of the Day

Your company will have high visibility at the school's main entrance, where you'll network with students (both informally in groups and one-on-one) for all or part of the day.

Executive-in-Residence

You'll conduct informal coaching and advising sessions with Binghamton students from your own in-house suite, providing them with additional expertise in mapping out their career goals.

On-campus interviews

This is the most effective way to recruit at the School of Management. We assist in planning, preparing and executing on-campus interviews, making your experience here easy, efficient and exceptional. Our 19 interview suites are at your disposal, and when you're ready for a break, have lunch on us.

Career fairs

Each fall and spring semester, Binghamton University holds a job and internship fair. The School of Management hosts additional events, including Finance Night, Mid-Sized Accounting Night and Big Four Night.

Volunteer

Partner with us to develop our students through participation in resume reviews, mock interview workshops or career panels. Contact the SOM Career Services Office for more information.

Signature events

The School of Management student organizations sponsors hundreds of events each year, including the Big Four Accounting Night and Ignite Competition, which provides an opportunity for the entire campus community to engage in compelling discussions and network for future career opportunities.
