Request Academic Accommodation Letters

  • Link to instructions to submit a "Semester Request.
  • Video Link showing how to submit a semester request
  • Complete a "Semester Request" each semester in order to receive accommodations.
  • Select the "Accommodate Login" link:
    • Accommodate Login
    • Enter your PODS username and password
    • Select "Accommodation " Tab
    • Select "Semester Request" Tab
    • Select "Add New" button below "Apply Search"
    • Select the current academic semester in the drop down menu. Your enrolled courses will populate on the right-side of the screen. 
    • Select "Review the Renewal". Here you can review all of your accommodations for each class. Please leave checked the courses you would like your accommodations for. 
    • Read "Student Statement of Responsibility" and select "I agree".
    • Select "Submit" to request your academic accommodations.
    • Once your instructors receive your academic accommodations you will need to discuss the implementation of your accommodations in a timely manner. If you do not discuss how your accommodations are implemented, your professors will assume you have chosen not to use any accommodations at this time.
