Select the current academic semester in the drop down menu. Your enrolled courses
will populate on the right-side of the screen.
Select "Review the Renewal". Here you can review all of your accommodations for each
class. Please leave checked the courses you would like your accommodations for.
Read "Student Statement of Responsibility" and select "I agree".
Select "Submit" to request your academic accommodations.
Once your instructors receive your academic accommodations you will need to discuss
the implementation of your accommodations in a timely manner. If you do not discuss
how your accommodations are implemented, your professors will assume you have chosen
not to use any accommodations at this time.
