Susan Appe Link is an assistant professor of public administration. Her primary research is on government-nonprofit relations and the dimensions and evolution of the nonprofit sector in both developed and developing countries. Currently, she studies how government policy influences and shapes civil society and nonprofit organization; how and why nonprofit organizations form national-level networks; challenges and opportunities in nonprofit management education in Latin America; and the development and implications of international service-learning in public affairs education. She has published articles related to government-nonprofit relations, collaborative governance and nonprofit management education.
