College of Community and Public Affairs
Are you passionate about working with people and making the world a better place? Does a career in public service, social work, nonprofit administration, government or higher education interest you? If so, consider our degree program in human development — offered in the College of Community and Public Affairs (CCPA). If teaching is your goal, think about getting a minor in education through our Department of Teaching, Learning and Educational Leadership. The human development curriculum is designed to help students connect classroom materials to real-world experiences in order to make a true impact; all students are required to complete a minimum of one internship while studying here.
