- Y courses may be 1 credit.

S - Wellness
Required Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs)
Students will demonstrate:
- knowledge of such topics as diet and nutrition, physical development, substance abuse, human sexuality, stress and stress reduction techniques, relaxation methods, or the characteristics that define physical, mental or emotional fitness/wellness.
Requirements and Guidelines
- focus on developing a healthy lifestyle, rather than on simply providing information about the human body.

- S courses may be 1 credit.

B - Both Physical Activity + Wellness
The B gen ed is assigned automatically if you are approved for both a Y and S gen ed. A course with a B gen ed must meet all of the above SLOs and requirements for both the Y and S. B courses may be 2 credits.
