- A portfolio should include the applicant’s best work, preferably recent project(s). Occupational Therapy, Entry-Level Professional
Application to Binghamton University’s OTD Entry-Level Professional program is conducted via the Occupational Therapist Centralized Application System/OTCAS. The Doctor of Occupational Therapy Entry-Level Professional program requires applicants to have completed a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university prior to enrollment. Pharmacy
The PharmD program requires at minimum 62 semester credit hours of study at an accredited college or university, or an equivalent institution, as determined by the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, for admission. All course prerequisites must be completed by the time of matriculation, and each course must have a grade of C- or better prior to enrollment. An overall GPA of 2.75 and a science GPA of 2.75 are recommended minimum for entry. The GRE is accepted, and the PCAT is no longer required.

Physical Therapy
