FRIDAY-SUNDAY, OCT. 5–7
Homecoming gets bigger and better each year. Come back to campus for a celebration of #BingPride! We're planning a weekend full of great events where you can reconnect with friends, relive the great times you had during your student days, see the Binghamton you remember and visit the newest additions to campus. While a lot has changed over the years, the spirit that makes Binghamton great has always been here.
Our website has the full schedule of activities, and registration will open in late July. Among the highlights:
Tailgate '18 - Join us from 3-6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, in the Events Center parking lot. You'll encounter a virtual sea of green! Nearly everyone who comes back for the weekend will be at this party that leads into the men's soccer game at the Bearcats Sports Complex. Bring your car and your grill, and cook out! Plenty of campus departments will provide free food.
TIER Talks® presented by M&T Bank - At this speaker event to be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, in the Watters Theater, you'll hear alumni experts share perspectives on the intensifying crisis of climate change.
Bing Brews and Bands - Our fun-filled Saturday continues with a late-night after-party in downtown Binghamton. Check out the coolest venues and sample great microbrews while listening to the best local bands.
Milestone Reunions - If you belong to any of the groups having special celebrations, that's even more of a reason to be here in October. Homecoming 2018 will commemorate EOP's 50th anniversary, BSU's 50th and Harpur's Ferry's 45th. The men's tennis team will also have a reunion.
Circle the dates of Oct. 5–7 on your calendar and reach out to friends to tell them you'll be here (and they should be, too)!
YOUR HOME ON CAMPUS
The Alumni Center in Old O'Connor Hall is the site of Homecoming receptions and many alumni events throughout the year. The space is warm, welcoming and contemporary. Be sure to visit when you're back on campus - no matter what time of year it is.
