FEATURED STORY: Outstanding achievement recognized at Alumni Association awards ceremony

March 22 was a night for celebrating the Binghamton University spirit. The Alumni Association recognized 14 Binghamton graduates at its annual Special Recognition Awards Ceremony. Just as in 2017, this spectacular event was held at the historic Edison Ballroom in Manhattan, and included musical performances by alumni and friends in musical theater. Read more.

Alumna shares insights, stories with aspiring engineers

Victoria Tagarelli '13, an information assurance engineer with Lockheed Martin in Owego, spoke at the Alumni Association's March 15 Cool Connections, Hot Alumni event. She advised students on how they can best prepare for their eventual careers and discussed her work in protecting systems from cyberattacks. Read more

As a graduate of Binghamton University, you have so much to offer current students, your peers and your alma mater. What talents would you like to share with the University community? Get involved as a volunteer. You can do this from anywhere in the world, it's not overly time consuming, and it's a great way to meet others and feel connected to the University.  Get involved now.

Scott Feuer '90

Scott Feuer '90 is a great example of someone who has a growing relationship with the University. He first got involved several years ago as an Admissions Alumni Volunteer, had a fulfilling experience and wanted to become more engaged. Treasurer of the Alumni Association, he has played a key role in launching our Long Island Chapter. He shares what Binghamton means to him and his family, as well as why he has remained connected to the University. Read more.

All Binghamton University graduates and their families are welcome. Homecoming continues to attract more alumni each year, and has expanded beyond campus into the Greater Binghamton region. Binghamton programs stand out in U.S. News & World Report rankings

While this isn't the first time several of Binghamton's programs have made it onto the publication's list, what's noteworthy is that many of our programs have moved up in the rankings. U.S. News takes into account peer assessment scores, recruiter assessments, full-time average undergraduate GPA, full-time acceptance rate, average starting salary and several other factors. Read more in the Binghamton University blog.
