Our little piece of Binghamton in New York City

For a little more than six months, Binghamton University has been an associate school of the Princeton Club of New York. All Binghamton graduates are eligible to join, and there has been tremendous interest in this exciting benefit. Q&A with alumnus Steven Canals ’05, MA ’08

Canals is a screenwriter and executive producer of FX's Pose, which has made history as the first network television show to feature multiple transgender women as series regulars. But the existence of the production — which centers on the ball culture of 1980s New York — had a long and uncertain journey to Hollywood, as did Canals himself.
