What services do we offer?
We’re here to help you connect and to keep you updated on University news. Just like our alumni base – now at 140,000 and counting – we’re constantly changing and growing to meet the needs of alumni, students, friends and the Binghamton University community. If you are a graduate of the University, you are a member of the Alumni Association and it's completely free. Here are some of the benefits we provide:
B-connected
It’s a secure virtual community - only for Binghamton University alumni. B-connected lets you update your personal profile, and search for alumni.
B-connected features:
• Submit a Class Note and read updates your classmates have posted
• Upload a profile picture and photo album
• Instantly see a list of alumni living in your geographic area
• Create and share contact lists
• Manage subscriptions to email bulletins and online alumni newsletters
You can support the University by making a gift through B-connected.
Career Networking
Develop professionally and connect with other members of the University community, by connecting with alumni through these two groups on LinkedIn. The Alumni Association Professional Network group is a forum for alumni-to-alumni and student-to-alumni networking. If you'd like to expand your network or serve as a resource for current students needing advice, this group is for you. The Alumni Association Job Forum is the place to post jobs within your organization, and to see jobs posted by other alumni.
Career Shift is a platform open to Binghamton University students and alumni that can help you move your career forward. Search, select and store job listings from job boards and company job postings. Get up-to-date contact information, including email addresses, for millions of companies.
Alumni who would like to provide or receive mentoring are welcome to join Mentor Match, an online platform that connects alumni with each other and with current students.
The Binghamton Startup List: a showcase for alumni entrepreneurs
Our alumni are incredibly bright and ambitious, leveraging their Binghamton University
education to assume leadership roles in the business world by starting their own ventures.
The Binghamton Startup List, jointly offered by the Alumni Association and the University's Office of Entrepreneurship
and Innovation Partnerships, is intended to be a central repository of information
about businesses formed by at least one Binghamton University graduate. The site can
help alumni entrepreneurs to form new business-to-business and business-to-client
relationships.
