Meet & Greet MHOPE! This is a fun and free event sponsored by Binghamton University Dean of Students CARE Team, University Health Promotion and Prevention Services (MHOPE). Student's will be able to meet MHOPE interns and learn tips about coping skills, managing stress, increasing emotional awareness, and understanding how to engage in self care.
