On-Going Birthday Surprise Goodies

Members of Delaware hall scan a google form to input their birthday information if they want a little surprise on their birthday. On the night before or day of their selected date, a member of Delaware Hall Gov will post a spall baggie with candy and a sign on their door wishing them a happy birthday!
