Join the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Part 3 of this three-part series. Ensuring academic success means that we are able to effectively reach and teach all students. This session explores how faculty become culturally competent educators by having the ability to motivate students to learn more. The activities focus on our privileged agreements in higher education and how we can encourage more students to move from a fixed mindset about course content to a growth mindset.
